Walgreens fires Christian Pharmacists For Refusing To Sell Plan B, Story:
Walgreens is violating the Federal Supreme Court ruling of "Core Values," where Christians are given the legal rights to adhere to "core values," of their religious tenants of faith, and in this case, that is "thou shalt do no murder," and "those who do these things, and those who support those who do these things," being guilty of sinning, according to their religious doctrines. QUESTION OF THE DAY: First-Grader told "No Jesus In School" Over Candy Canes West Covina, CA: A first-grade teacher told 6-year old Isaiah Martinez, a student that “Jesus is not allowed in school” before removing a religious story the child affixed to candy canes in celebration of Christmas last month, a non-profit legal firm claims. The “gifts” were meant for his classmates, and consisted of a traditional candy cane with a message that recited the legend of the candy cane. The legend references a candy maker who created the candy cane to symbolize the life of Jesus Christ. His teacher and the school principle who told Isaiah that ‘Jesus is not allowed in school’ and ripped the messages from each candy cane, threw the messages in the trash, and handed the candy canes back to Isaiah for delivery to his classmates. Dozens of gatherings dubbed atheist mega-churches by supporters and detractors are springing up around the U.S. after finding success in Great Britain earlier this year.

THE DISABLED HAVE "PROTECTED CLASS STATUS," IN THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT, PREVENTING THEM FROM BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST, AND STOPPING VICTIMIZATION.

FEDERAL LAW STATES THAT THEY CAN NOT VIOLATE THE DISABLED'S "PROTECTED CLASS STATUS." DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION SUITS LAND VICTIMS OF THIS CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS MEGA MILLIONS IN PUNITIVE! The disabled have "protected class status," under federal law, and no business can discriminate against them! This case is a definite discriminatory case, where civil rights are being violated, and the disabled made a spectacle of, their disability the factor in refusing service, all while they are humiliated. The disabled are still by far the most discriminated against protected class in our nation! While it is usually the mentally disabled that have their right violated, the physically disabled surely have a long way to go just to achieve the freedom that comes with being treated with the same respect as every other citizen in our nation. I support the legislation of the Americans With Disabilities Act, making it federal law, to protect the disabled from discrimination, or harassment.
