DISCLOSURE LAWS, AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT, HIPAA , FEDERAL LAWS PREVENTING THIS TYPE OF ACCESS TO OUR MEDICAL RECORDS:

Allowing access to medical records breaks disclosure laws in the Americans With Disabilities Act, and that definitely includes disclosing information to law enforcement. 
This is not just disclosures on personal data such as diagnosis, medications, symptoms, 
but also appointment times, etc. 
These are felony counts! 
I saw how my civil rights were violated with ALL my medical doctors, and how I will have to deposition them for court. 
The bar association has already been notified, the Board Of Professional Responsibility. 
This is going to bring mass lawsuits, as this is already illegal by federal law, upheld in the court precedents.

Prior to this Colin Powell had supported state socialized medicine, and keeping the socialism on a state level as the Republican Party platform dictates. He was put in office by a Republican,

OUR GOVERNMENT "RAISES THE DEBT CEILING," RATHER THAN END THE WAIST IN GOVERNMENT OFFICES WITH RE ALLOCATING FUNDS TO NEEDED AREAS, THE REPUBLICANS SHOULD HAVE DEMANDED BETTER THAN A CONTINUATION OF OUTLANDISH SPENDING!!!!

Sad that our government is going to go further in debt, and this is due to not having a good government watchdog group to expose the vast waist in government offices, and the refusal by Democrats to "re allocate" funds from other offices where the waist is prevails in order to save Obama Care while stopping a further down turn into deep nation debt.  When we have federal dollars paying for indoor swimming pools going in at every junior high and high school at 20 million each, each University spending over 20 million a year in federal funds, and every office in our government trying to spend the full amount of federal funds given yearly in order to continue to receive that kind of outlandish federal funds, we see the money should be re allocated to stop the national debt and bail out Obama Care.

Worse yet, with the boomers retiring which were 47 and 1/2 percent, almost 50% of our population, quitting work and now drawing social security, coupled with the already 20% retired or on disability, along with the unemployed, we see that there is not enough people working in order to even make the minimum payment on the trillions of dollars the US borrowed.  We can not afford more socialism, we can not repay what we owe already!  Adding to this, we certainly can not procure the attitude of just "raise the debt ceiling," rather than cut waist and re allocate funds to other offices!!!!!    We need to vote the Democrats out that refused to do so!!!!

Both the Senate and the House of Representatives voted to reopen the federal government and lift the debt limit on Wednesday evening, after an 11th-hour agreement reached earlier in the day by Senate majority leader Harry Reid and minority leader Mitch McConnell.
