Abortion is not a victimless crime, only affecting the person committing the act, therefore it does not qualify as a personal choice issue, so ones freedom of choice is not being violated.   The pregnant woman has another set of DNA, separate set of hands and feet, inside her body, not her own, a second life which deserves protection.
