They have the legal right to adhere to Biblical core values, Federal Supreme Court ruling, citing Romans chap 1 specifically, coupled with protected class status under religion, 1964 Civil Rights Act. -----ACCREDITATION CAN NOT BE TAKEN OVER RELIGIOUS TENETS OF FAITH, "BIBLICAL CORE VALUES" RULING, 1964 CIVIL RIGHTS ACT:

SINCE THE LAW STATES THAT THEY HAVE A "LEGAL RIGHT TO ADHERE TO BIBLICAL CORE VALUES" COUPLED WITH THE 1964 CIVIL RIGHT
S ACT GIVING RELIGION PROTECTED CLASS STATUS, THEY CAN NOT TAKE THEIR ACCREDITATION FROM THEM OVER RELIGIOUS TENETS OF FAITH, THEY NEED TO FILE SUIT INSTEAD. This, as well as the legislation passed that Christian churches and groups can not be sued for discrimination, and the language in that hearing as well. The ruling to note is the legal right to adhere to BIBLICAL core values.

Professor denied promotion due to Christian religious tenets of faith, and practicing his religious freedom of speech, wins in court case against UNCW!  Another win for Christian civil rights, and our "legal rights to debate the issues," from Biblical views!  
Christians can not be censored from taking an opposing viewpoint to the Democrats and liberals! Christians have the legal right to "adhere to Biblical core values," as noted in the core values ruling, and not be discriminated against in doing so! 1964 Civil Rights Act, protected Christians on the job, and off!

MOZILLA VIOLATES CHRISTIAN CIVIL RIGHTS FIRING EXEC OVER HIS RELIGIOUS TENETS OF FAITH!  1964 CIVIL RIGHTS ACT, "CORE VALUES" RULING, HATE SPEECH LAWS OVERTURNED AND LEGAL RIGHT TO DEBATE THE ISSUES UPHELD!

THE LAW SAYS THEY CAN NOT DISCRIMINATE AGAINST A CHRISTIAN'S RELIGIOUS TENET OF FAITH, ROMANS CHAP 1, THE "LEGAL RIGHT TO ADHERE TO CORE VALUES," INCLUDING ROMANS CHAP 1, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, AS THE FEDERAL SUPREME COURT UPHELD THE 1964 CIVIL RIGHTS ACT, THAT ONE DOES NOT LOOSE THEIR CHRISTIAN CIVIL RIGHTS WHILE ON THE JOB, OR IN THEIR OWN PRIVATE BUSINESS. The core values ruling is pertinent in this case, and it shows that if he chooses to file suit for religious discrimination for being fired for his Christian beliefs, than he will win the suit to this being an anti Christian civil rights. There is no freedom from religion, as the Federal Supreme did not find a freedom from religion, so therefore even if someone complains about an employees Christian beliefs, religious tolerance for the Christians is expected. Since they overturned the hate speech laws, do to it being unconstitutional Bible and Christian censorship, and upheld our "legal rights to debate the issue," the law supports Christian civil rights to speak out against homosexuality from a Biblical perspective, and their legal rights to debate the issue.
